Bay Hill uses an online application system to process all architectural project requests. This can be done by going to www.arctracker.com/bayhill. ARC Tracker provides outstanding online and phone support and will walk you through how to upload documents etc. Please contact them with any technical issues regarding getting documents submitted for approval.

 

Construction deposits are required for most exterior work, including but not limited to painting, roofing and fencing. Deposit amounts are noted when filing out the application. Deposit must be received by Management before your application can be approved.

 

When project is completed, go back to the online application, check the work complete button, and upload completion photos. The committee will review your project, and, in most cases, refund will be processed in 3-5 business days.  If you have any questions regarding your refund - please contact Management.
